  2. Japan (7.92 Mbps)
  3. Romania (6.18 Mbps)
  4. Sweden (5.74 Mbps)
  5. Ireland (5.32 Mbps)
  6. Netherlands (4.24 Mbps)
  7. Switzerland (4.95 Mbps)
  8. Czech Republic (4.76 Mbps)/Denmark (4.76 Mbps)
  9. Latvia (4.75 Mbps)
  10. Taiwan (4.48 Mbps)
  11. Belgium (4.44 Mbps)
  12. Solvakia (4.39 Mbps)
  13. Canada (4.25 Mbps)
  14. Norway (4.2 Mbps)
  15. Iceland (4.17 Mbps)

It should be noted that the U.S. is just slightly behind with an average broadband speed of 3.88 Mbps.
